The Ministry of Education, together with its relevant Stakeholders, will hold the 5th edition of the National Education Week at the Accra International Conference Center from Monday, 10th October to Friday, 14th October, 2022.<\/div><\/div>
The Theme is \u2018Re-Assessing Educational Policies for Effective Service Delivery and National Transformation\u2019.<\/div><\/div>
The Special Guest of Honour is H.E. the Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and graced by the Hon. Minister, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum. Also in attendance will be the Deputy Minister for Education in charge of TVET, Hon. Gifty Twum Ampofo and the Deputy Minister for Education, in charge of General Education, Hon. John Ntim Fordjour.<\/div><\/div>
The goal of 2022 NEW is to re-assess Ghana\u2019s Education Systems through the lens of its policies and key interventions for effective service delivery and national transformation.<\/div><\/div>
The weeklong event will witness presentations and discussions on achievements of Government\u2019s key policies and programmes in the Education Sector, including STEM Education; ICT in Education; Free Senior High School; and Technical and Vocation Training.<\/div><\/div>
There will be an Exhibition opened to the public to showcase success stories of Government in the Sector.<\/div>
