Speaking at the Inter-governmental summit to improve learning outcomes at Freetown Sierra Leone on Monday 6th February 2023, He highlighted the great progress Ghana is making in education transformation.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

He mentioned some of the interventions the Education Ministry has introduced to enhance learning outcomes in Ghana.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Some of the notable ones include free feeding for school children, Free SHS\/TVET, gender parity at the primary and secondary levels among others.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
This government believes that finances should not be the reason why any child will end his or her educational journey after JHS hence the introduction of Free SHS and TVET.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
I further charged various stakeholders to not make education just accessible but to also look at its quality and relevance.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Moving forward, we have to prioritize education at all levels by creating a pipeline of transformation from pre-school through to university to be able to compete with the rest of the world.<\/div>\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n
