Africa Union (AU) Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Minister  joins  the President of the Republic, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, to attend an Africa Union (AU) Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
The theme for the meeting was “Educate Africans fit for the 21st century seizing the moment”.
The meeting, which was chaired by the President of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, highlighted the need for significant investment in education as the surest way to alleviate poverty.
The President stressed the need for African leaders to invest in STEM-related projects as the surest precursors for national transformation.
His Excellency the President pledged his unwavering commitment and support to make education the top priority for the citizenry.
