Ghana and Kenya Signs MOU

On Wednesday, 3rd April 2024, during the state visit of His Excellency the President of Kenya to Ghana, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of Education in Ghana and its counterpart in Kenya.
Representing Kenya, the Minister for Foreign Affairs signed the memorandum, highlighting the commitment of both nations to foster closer ties in education and scientific research. On behalf of Ghana, he had the honour of appending my signature to this historic document, signifying our shared dedication to advancing educational opportunities and scientific advancements.
This memorandum marks the beginning of a new era of cooperation between our two countries, paving the way for the exchange of knowledge, expertise, and resources. It underscores our mutual recognition of the critical role that education and scientific innovation play in driving socio-economic development and prosperity.
He looks forward to working closely with the Education Ministry of Kenya to realize the full potential of this partnership and to create lasting benefits for our citizens and future generations.
